Use Steps: First, put the gum sport mouth guards into 90°C boiled water for 1 minute, then put them into your mouth, with the upper teeth in the middle. At the same time, press the side wall of the guard with your fingers to properly fit the teeth. (but not bite too deep). Finally, put it into cold water. If not fit, repeat the above steps
Environmentally friendly EVA material, the surface of the tooth guard will be scratched by the friction of the machine during the manufacturing process, but it will not affect the use.
